You may use the two calls to continue working through a decision as it takes shape—after you’ve had time to reflect, act, or gather additional information. Or you may use them for two separate situations that both carry weight. The structure is intentionally flexible, allowing the support to adapt to what’s most useful to you.

Each session is designed to be focused and immediately useful. Calls may build on one another or address entirely separate topics.

Some clients value returning to a decision after initial movement. Others simply appreciate having a second conversation available when something else arises. Both uses are equally appropriate.
★ What Happens After Purchase
Instructions for scheduling your call and completing the required intake questionnaire will appear on your purchase confirmation page and will also be emailed shortly after checkout to the address you provided. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Your Booking Code, which is required to book your session, will be emailed separately to the same address within 24 hours of purchase (typically much sooner). It will not appear on the confirmation page.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive everything you need to schedule your session and prepare for the call.

Your Booking Code, which is required to schedule your session, is sent separately by email to the same address. This email is typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase (often sooner). The Booking Code will not appear on the confirmation page.
Once you have your Booking Code, you’ll be able to schedule your call and complete the intake so the session is focused, prepared, and immediately useful.
★ Scheduling Your Calls
Executive advisory calls are typically scheduled:
Monday – Friday
10:00 am – 6:00 pm ET | 7:00 am – 3:00 pm PT
Requests outside these hours may be accommodated on a limited, availability-based basis. No calls are scheduled during announced business closures.
Current availability:
Sessions are typically available within approximately 7–10 business days of purchase. You’ll be able to choose from available dates and times when booking.

The intake process ensures each session is focused, relevant, and immediately useful. It allows me to understand your context in advance so we can spend the session on what matters most to you.
A brief intake questionnaire is required for each advisory call.
